Upon receipt of an enquiry by phone, letter or email, the member of staff will acknowledge and proffer a response within three working days. For more complex enquiries or concerns raised which require the involvement of other staff in investigating the matter, the member of staff will normally respond within eight working days. The schools office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday term time only.
