The 13th September 2016 marked 100 years since the birth of Roald Dahl – the world’s number one storyteller…
Year 7 and Year 8 students all got involved in celebrating this special day in a number of exciting activities.
In Science they concocted George’s Marvelous Medicine which involved exciting frothy experiments that promised magical growth properties!
In Maths they created tally charts to examine the most popular Roald Dahl texts amongst their peers!
In the Library they wrote dreams for their Dream Jars!
In MFL they read translated versions of Roald Dahl texts!
And in English they designed baby Twits and wrote Revolting Rhymes!
Year 7 and 8 have all entered our Roald Dahl competition and we will be announcing the winner of Most Revolting Rhyme Recipe very shortly!
